Process of the Media data recovery and Data restoration under clean room circumstances:

  1. The diagnosis is set in motion by our analysis contract on our website which should be filled out completely.
  2. The pickup of storage media (up to 5 kg) is made through our shipper. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss details of the pickup. This service is included in the analysis.
  3. You will receive a receipt confirmation the diagnosis and invoice. Following the settling of the diagnosis costs, the analysis report and the binding estimate will be sent to you by e-mail.
  4. After receipt of the analysis report and the file list, you have the choice to take our offer or reject it.
  5. Your recovered data will be sent to you after receipt of payment.
  6.  If your choice is to reject the contract, we charge for the return of the original disc 12 Euros insured.
